What Event Day Looks Like
Final details are sent the Wednesday before your event.
Arrival & Check-In
Teams and fans enter Entry K.
Check-in is individual — teams do not need to arrive together.
Free parking. In/out re-entry allowed all day.
Players & Coaches (Key Items)
Teams access the field ~45 minutes before their first game.
Birth certificates are required on the field.
No certificate = no play
🎒 What to bring
- Cleats may be worn on the field only (not lobby or tour areas)
- Bring 1–2 game balls per team
- Bring empty water jugs (fill station available at field level-behind Ford end zone)
🚫 Stadium security rules to know ahead of time
Allowed
- Regular bags and purses
- Phones and standard cameras
Not Allowed
- Camera lenses longer than 3"
- Video cameras, GoPros, tripods, monodpods, and selfie sticks
- Strollers or wagons
- Outside food or drinks
- Noise makers
